These terms apply when you use the EmirateX website or engage us for services.
Our services. EmirateX provides software development, AI integration, cloud infrastructure and related consulting services. The specific scope is defined in a separate written engagement letter or proposal.
Quotes & estimates. Public information on this site (timelines, pricing ranges) is indicative. Final scope and price are set in your individual proposal.
Intellectual property. Code and design work delivered under an engagement are owned by you upon final payment, unless a license arrangement is agreed in writing.
Confidentiality. We treat your information as confidential. NDA available on request before any detailed conversation.
Liability. Our liability for any service is capped at the fees paid for that engagement, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
